CONGRATULATIONS TIGH TARA!
Huge congratulations to our traditional group, Tigh Tara, who represented Loreto College with great distinction at the All-Ireland Final of the Gael Linn Siansa competition, held in the National Concert Hall, Dublin on Sunday 10th April.
Tigh Tara gave a wonderful performance, having delighted audiences in school ahead of the final. Congratulations to all these talented musicians: Niamh Murray, Ronan Close, Peadar Connor, Sinead Close, Cara Mooney, Conrad O Coischeachan, Finn Mooney and Alicia Doherty, and to Mrs Close and Miss Agnew, who coached them for the competition.
