Well done to our Sixth Form Students who have shown great leadership and initiative in their campaign to promote Period Dignity. Working with Mrs Pepin (Vice-Principal) this year they have: surveyed all female students; analysed the data of the surveys; developed a period dignity poster campaign; given presentations about Period Dignity to all female students at Loreto and, most recently, they have made sure that our female bathrooms are fully stocked with free Period Products.
Their mission is to make all females feel empowered. Mrs Pepin paid tribute to the students involved and thanked them for their dedication and care for others and for taking the lead in such an important issue, “This work is so important for society and for our school community and the students can be proud of their achievements.”
